and procedures have been developed to comply with the requirements of current legislation

The policies and procedures are documented in the Staff Manual and the Company Health
& Safety Manual, which are updated regularly to reflect legislative changes. |

The Health & Safety Manual includes all information relevant to the site including
safety data sheets for chemicals, risk assessments and cleaning schedules. |
